撮影規約
《 撮影データのセレクト・納品》
1.納品枚数： レタッチ（明るさ・色味等の調整）を施したデータ30〜50枚を標準納品とします。
2.データの選別： 納品する写真は、全体のクオリティを考慮しフォトグラファーが厳選（セレクト）いたします。
3.納期： 撮影日から2週間以内を目安に納品いたします。ただし、繁忙期や詳細レタッチをご依頼の場合は、追加の日数を頂戴することがあります。その際は事前に予定納期をお伝えいたします。
4.追加納品： 未編集データ（撮って出し）を含む全データ納品を希望される場合は、別途追加料金にて承ります。
《料金のお支払いと納品の流れ》
1.仕上げ完了のご連絡： 写真の準備が整い次第、メールにてご請求明細をお送りします。※ 交通費の実費、および宿泊が伴う場合の宿泊費や撮影の施設利用料は、原則としてお客様負担となります。
2.お支払い： 請求書送付から1週間以内に銀行振込等でお支払いをお願いいたします。
※振込手数料はお客様にてご負担願います
※ 当方は適格請求書発行事業者（インボイス制度）の登録はございません。
3.データ納品： お支払いの確認が取れ次第、速やかにデータのダウンロードURLを送付し、納品完了とさせていただきます。
《キャンセル・データの取り扱い》
キャンセル料： 撮影の1週間前より、以下の通り申し受けます（天候不良等の不可抗力を除く）。
7日前〜2日前：30%
前日：70%
当日：100%
未払い・キャンセル時のデータ： 支払期限を過ぎても入金が確認できない場合、またはお客様都合でキャンセルとなった場合、該当する撮影データは一定期間経過後に破棄いたします。データの保持や再編集には応じかねます。
《 許可・免責》
• 許可申請： 撮影場所の利用許可申請は、原則としてフォトグラファー側で行います。
• 損害賠償の制限： 不慮の機材故障やデータ破損等により納品が不可能となった場合、お支払いいただいた金額を上限として返金いたします。当方に責任が伴わない付随費用（衣装代等）の賠償には応じかねます。
Photography Service Terms & Conditions
1. Photo Selection & Delivery
Selection: The photographer will carefully select the best shots based on overall quality. Client selection is not available.
Deliverables: 30 to 50 professionally retouched photos (adjustment of brightness, color, etc.) per session.
Turnaround Time: Approximately 2 weeks. Delivery may take longer during busy seasons or for advanced retouching requests; the photographer will provide an estimated date in advance.
Full Data: Delivery of all raw/unedited files is available for an additional fee.
2. Payment & Workflow
Notification: Once the photos are ready, the photographer will send an invoice via email.
※Travel expenses (transportation/accommodation) and venue fees are to be covered by the client.
Payment: Payment must be made via bank transfer within one week of the invoice date.
※ Transaction fees are to be covered by the client.
※ I am not a registered Qualified Invoice Issuer (Invoice System).
Delivery: Upon confirmation of payment, a download link will be sent promptly.
3. Cancellations & Data Handling
Cancellation Fees: Fees apply starting 7 days before the shoot (excluding force majeure like severe weather):
7 to 2 days before: 30%
1 day before: 70%
On the day: 100%
Unpaid/Cancelled Data: In cases of non-payment or client-side cancellation, files will be deleted after a certain period. Retaining or re-editing such data is not possible.
4. Permissions & Liability
Permits: The photographer will generally handle shooting permits for parks, shrines, or venues.
Liability: In the unlikely event of equipment failure or data loss, the photographer’s liability is limited to a full refund of the amount paid. No compensation will be provided for incidental costs (costumes, hair/makeup, venue fees, etc.).
